I am a GP passionate about delivering healthcare in new, efficient and effective ways. My interest in remote healthcare delivery precedes the COVID-19 pandemic all the way to 2019. Equipped with the experience of remote consulting, I wrote the RCGP accredited "Remote Consultations Handbook" to help other GPs adapt to the new ways of working.

I lead teams designing, developing, and delivering clinical products, working with designers, developers, project managers, clinicians and senior management.

After several years of seeing patients remotely, I started using the insights I gathered to shape and improve the underlying software and systems that we use to deliver online healthcare.

I regularly teach GPs how to conduct effective, safe and meaningful remote consultations, co-authoring the BMJ learning module on the same topic.
