Remote Consultations Masterclass

During the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, I lead the development of an education hub for remote consultations. The aim was to promote good practice and provide a source of information and point of contact for colleagues to interact to discuss digital health. There was an ethical hub, a monthly newsletter, articles, summaries of guidelines and videos and podcasts.
As organisations such as the BMJ and RCGP developed remote consultation education hubs, the need for this decreased over time. I was delighted that I was able to provide some direction to colleagues at a time of so much uncertainty.
Part of the education hub was a remote consultations masterclass, chaired by a colleague of mine, Dr Dane Vishnubala. This is the masterclass where he interviewed me.
